What is a VisionWalk?
It’s a walkathon fundraiser to raise money for Foundation Fighting
Blindness, Inc., a non-profit organization that is supporting research into the
preventions, treatments and cures for people affected by retinitis pigmentosa
(RP), macular degeneration, Usher syndrome, and the entire spectrum of retinal
degenerative diseases.
We're looking for Donations and/or additional Team members
for the Reston Lions Club Team that would be interested in joining out team to
raise money for Foundation
Fighting Blindness. This is the foundation's Biggest
fundraising method so we're really hoping to help them out through this
fundraiser.
About Foundation Fighting Blindness:
The urgent mission of the Foundation Fighting Blindness,
Inc. is to drive the research that will provide preventions, treatments and
cures for people affected by retinitis pigmentosa (RP), macular degeneration,
Usher syndrome, and the entire spectrum of retinal degenerative diseases.
